Diane spoke out

After several blind items on the marital status of a known vocalist of a popular (“dis”)band and his manager wife, Diane finally spoke up through a text message sent to Fanfare of Philstar.

I guess she wanted to set all things straight once and for all... Here's the message:

"Though Ely and I are not together as a couple, we remain the best of friends. He’s a great, great brilliant man and I am honored to be working with him as his sole representative and manager, not to mention also my esteemed partner in artistic endeavors. I still manage his band, Pupil, the best band in the land.

"We have nothing but the utmost respect for each other. He is family and what we have is greater than any form of relationship. He is the best father, a brilliant artist, a good man, a superb writer — he is nothing short of a genius. I will always be his No. 1 fan and he will always be the love of my life; I will forever continue to support him, fiercely defend him, care for him, back him up, protect him and uphold him.

"Anyone who attempts to do him wrong will be answerable to me. There is nothing I will not do for him and our son. We will continue to work together as business associates, co-writers and, soon, film directors (watch out for that!).

"Ely will conquer the world and I will stand by him and by his side."

It has perviously appeared on the said blind items that the singer has a new girlfriend who is pregnant. Meanwhile his wife is Living with a vocalist of another band.

The ERASERHEADS Band is having another reunion concert on March 7 at the Mall Of Asia Concert Ground.
